Personal Touch Catering may cater university related events on or off campus. Private events, however, must be held on university property. This information is designed to be a guide. We would be delighted to customize a menu for your special event or to discuss the options that are presented. To plan your event, we will need the following information: 1. Title of event 2. Type of event 3. Billing method (ISR, Accounts Receivable, or COD) 4. Event date, day, and time (starting and ending) 5. Name of sponsoring organization 6.
