Room Reservations
Prior to contacting our catering department, all room reservations for campus facilities must be directed to the UUSA Event Planning Office, located in 223 Squires Student Center, by calling 231-5005. Reservations for Owens Banquet Hall can be made by calling 231-5827. Reservations for the University Club can be made by calling 231-3870. German Club reservations may be made by calling 552-6828. Contact the University Honors Department to reserve Hillcrest Dining Room by calling 231-4591. Rental fees for facilities other than those provided by Culinary Services are determined by the individual departments.

The catered event contract with Personal Touch Catering is separate from the room reservation contract with UUSA Event Planning or other facilities. Each must be confirmed separately by the respective offices. All sites except Owens Banquet Room are considered off-premises and will incur a delivery fee.
